These Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) govern use of trendchices.com and purchases from Trend Chices. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and must provide accurate, current information. You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy content without permission, impersonate others, make fraudulent purchases, or violate law or third-party rights.

Products and availability

We strive for accurate descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, inventory, and pricing, but displays and details may vary and errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Orders, acceptance, and cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, quantity limits, or other legitimate reasons. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
